All players aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an 18+ player. Due to complexity of our games which have been primarily designed for adults, we recommend players are aged 14+, however, younger players often enjoy themselves, so it’s up to you if you think it is suitable. An escape room is a live-action team-based game where players discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms in order to accomplish a specific goal (usually escaping from the room) in a limited amount of time.
No, your safety is our top priority. While our escape rooms are designed to create an immersive experience where you feel "locked in," players are never truly confined. All our game rooms are equipped with emergency exits, and doors are accessible throughout the game for anyone who needs to step out. Our staff monitors the rooms continuously to ensure the safety and comfort of all players.
Each game lasts up to 60 minutes (depending how long you take to escape!), but we request that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for briefing and instructions.
Our escape rooms accommodate between 2 and 6 players, depending on the room. For larger groups, please contact us for special arrangements.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes, as you may need to move around, bend, or kneel during the game.

We have onsite parking so just look for the Puzzled Escape Room sign and pull into the car park.
